• Cancellations

  Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% service fee.

• No-shows

  Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price.

• Running late

  Please reach out if you are running more than 15 minutes behind. Late arrivals may require rescheduling and are subject to the cancellation fee.

• Salon space

  Salon space is limited — please do not bring anyone to your appointment.
